Offer 03 / AI Strategy & Operations

Strategy and operations — aligned to your business, not the hype.

Advisory, not implementation.

The problem

Two failure modes: ignore it entirely, or chase every announcement.

Every business is being told to "adopt AI." Most don't know what that means for their specific operation.

Waiting means falling behind competitors already integrating AI into their workflows. Chasing means buying subscriptions nobody uses and running pilots that connect to nothing.

The real question is simpler and harder: where does AI create leverage in your business, and where is it noise?

Ways to work together

Core insight

The question isn't which tools to buy. It's which parts of your operation deserve them.

What I work on

01 / Assessment

AI Readiness Assessment

A business operations review, not a technology audit. It produces a prioritized map of opportunities, ranked by impact and difficulty.

02 / Engagement

Operational Integration

Embedding AI into workflows that already work — plus the internal capability to maintain what we set up.

03 / Advisory

Vendor & Tool Evaluation

Tools evaluated against your actual requirements, not against their marketing materials.

Why this is business strategy, not tech consulting

My background is not in AI research. It's in business operations and product strategy — fourteen years at Texas Instruments, fourteen at Malmberg, followed by independent strategic consultancy and coaching.

Through every technology transition, the question was the same: what does this actually mean for the people using it?

AI is the current wave, but the principles haven't changed. Start with the business problem. Build internal capability rather than permanent dependence.

And be honest about where AI doesn't add value — in many operations, significant parts of the work are better left to humans.

Start with the business problem. Evaluate the tool against the problem, not the other way around.
